01 | Transfer

We collect and transport your files to our secure facility using our very own fully tracked fleet. We will even pack the boxes for you if you need a helping hand.


02 | Prepare

Documents are prepared for the high speed scanning process. Post-it notes, staples and binders are removed. Edges are straightened to enable batch feeding.


03 | Scan

All files are digitised using the latest high speed production scanners and state of the art digitisation software, before undergoing a three phase quality checking procedure.


04 | Upload

The digitised documents are converted into PDF’s and uploaded to your chosen cloud or FTP solution. We can also deliver via hard copy encrypted USB if you prefer.

The scanning equipment we deploy is the very best, with some machines costing in excess of £60,000. They digitise at speeds of up to 300 pages per minute and utilise the very latest software to ensure that all documents and replicated in their entirety, ensuring compliance. Our staff are fully trained and process up to a million documents per day. To replicate this in house represents a heavy investment, which can be difficult to justify, and cutting costs on the technology, software and employing inexperienced staff to handle the documents, could lead to the digitisation of files that are not compliant with current guidance and not accepted as replacements for the originals.

Almost anything! We can scan anything from tiny petty cash receipts, to large format A0 architect drawings.

This is referred to as indexing, and there are plenty of options available. Ultimately, you need to be able to find the file or document you need and quickly, and it’s our job to ensure that you can. Files can be indexed to your requirements using one of the methods detailed on our file indexing page.

We temporarily store your digitised documents on our cloud solution, which utilises military grade 256 AES encryption and multi-factor authentication. They are stored there whilst they are transferred to your chosen digital storage option, whether this is your existing FTP, cloud solution or encrypted USB. Once you are satisfied with the digital copies, they are securely erased from our cloud solution, leaving you (the client) with the only digital copies to ensure that the data is stored and managed by your assigned data controller.

Once satisfied with the work undertaken, your original documents can be returned, stored or securely destroyed using our secure shredding service.

Large format scanning

Architect drawings. Ordnance survey maps. Technical imagery. Our large format scanning service can digitise drawings up to A0 in size at resolutions of up to 600dpi.

Secure shredding

We can securely dispose of your documentation, once digitised and approved.  We ‘ll also take care of any other unwanted waste paper you may have, securely disposing in accordance with current guidance, providing a certificate of destruction for your records.

Invoice scanning

Our invoice processing service combined with the latest data capture technology can digitise paper invoices, indexing each one using your chosen fields, such as invoice number, date or customer name.
