Need access to a file urgently? Submit your request to our retrievals team before 2pm and we’ll upload a digital copy to your chosen cloud solution within two hours.

Our process


01 | Transfer

We collect from your office or archive facility, transporting your files to our facility using our very own fully tracked fleet. We will even pack the boxes for you if you need a helping hand.


02 | Catalogue

Upon arrival at our secure facility, boxes are barcoded and inputted into our digital tracking system. Files can also be catalogued upon request to create a full master index.


03 | Archive

Once registered, boxes are allocated aisle locations, before being placed into storage within our 15,000sqft facility.


04 | Retrieve

Our retrievals team are on hand from 8.00am to 5.00pm (weekdays) to assist with all of your physical or digital retrieval requests.  You’re never without your files.

Archive storage ensures the safe storage and preservation of your important documents and files. Storing your documents in our safe and secure, purpose built facility, helps comply with current guidance and legislation, helping manage retention periods more efficiently.

Our storage facility was specifically designed for the archiving of documents. The facility benefits from HD CCTV and the latest in intruder and fire detection technology. Restricted storage areas can only be accessed by authorised personnel via swipe card or biometric access.

Our dedicated retrievals team are on hand between 8am and 5pm (weekdays) to assist you. Simply email, call or submit your retrieval request via our support page and we will take care of the rest.

We are one of the few document storage companies to also specialise in document scanning. This enables us to use high speed production scanning technology to digitise your files quickly, (usually within 2 hours of request) and upload your digital retrieval to your chosen cloud solution. We can also dispatch physical files the same day, for next day delivery.

You can manage retention periods throughout the duration of your archiving period and request boxes be withdrawn for return or secure destruction (shredding) at anytime.

We recommend creating a master index or inventory prior to any collection taking place. This is to ensure a smooth process, without any additional charges, when requesting file retrievals. If you don’t have the time or resources to catalogue your files prior to collection, you may wish to consider our in house cataloguing service.
