GDPR Compliance

The UK GDPR is the UK General Data Protection Regulation. It is a UK law which came into effect on the 1st of January 2021. GDPR impacts the way data is managed and affects all businesses. Failure to comply with these regulations could result in a maximum fine of €20 million (about £18 million) or 4% of the organisations annual global turnover – whichever is greater.

Implementing a document management system or solution, can help your business or organisation achieve compliance and ensure that it continues to meet these standards and comply with future legislation.
