Our large format machines will digitally transform architect drawings and ordnance survey maps found within your case files, into scrollable images. These images are merged into the PDF we create for each case file, ensuring a like for like digital replica of the original paper file.

OCR as standard

Find the document you need in seconds.

Our document digitisation service incorporates optical character recognition (OCR) as standard, converting  paper documents into searchable texts stored within your digitised case files. Refine your search using dates, words and numbers to easily locate the document you need.

 

 

Our process


01 | Transfer

We collect and transport your files to our secure facility using our very own fully tracked fleet. We will even pack the boxes for you if you need a helping hand.


02 | Prepare

Documents are prepared for the high speed scanning process. Post-it notes, staples and binders are removed. Edges are straightened to enable batch feeding.


03 | Scan

All files are digitised using the latest high speed production scanners and state of the art digitisation software, before undergoing a three phase quality checking procedure.


04 | Upload

The digitised documents are converted into PDF’s and uploaded to your chosen cloud or FTP solution. We can also deliver via hard copy encrypted USB if you prefer.

Access, when you need it most.

Whether, during digitisation, or from storage – if you need a file urgently, our retrievals team are on hand five days a week to handle your request. We can upload a digital copy of the requested file to your chosen cloud solution within two hours, or have the original returned on the next working day.
